Working Process:

  1. Automatic Product Feeding – Bottles, cans, or cartons are conveyed into the collation zone
  2. Auto Grouping System – Products are arranged into the set matrix using sensors and pneumatic pushers
  3. Film Wrapping & Sealing – Web sealer applies and seals PE shrink film around the group
  4. Shrink Tunnel Processing – Grouped packs move into the shrink tunnel where heat causes the film to tightly conform to the product
  5. Discharge – Finished shrink-wrapped packs are conveyed out, ready for packing or palletizing
