Working Process:

  1. Manual or Pneumatic Product Loading – Operator aligns products (bottles, cartons, etc.) in desired matrix (e.g., 3x2, 4x3).
  2. Web Sealing & Cutting – PE shrink film wraps the group and is sealed and cut using the web sealer.
  3. Shrink Tunnel Entry – The sealed pack enters the shrink tunnel via conveyor.
  4. Shrink Wrapping – Heat inside the tunnel causes the film to shrink tightly around the group.
  5. Exit on Roller Table – The wrapped product exits via a roller conveyor, ready for packing or dispatch.
